These terms apply to your use of this website and to enrolment in courses offered by Sri Aaryan (“we”, “us”). By enrolling in or paying for a course you accept them.

1. Courses and information on this site

We take care to keep course descriptions, durations, batch timings and fees accurate. Details may change before you enrol; the details confirmed to you in writing by the admissions team apply to your enrolment.

2. Enrolment

You enrol by choosing a course and batch and paying the course fee online. Your enrolment is confirmed when the payment is successful and an invoice is issued. We then share your start date and class details. If a batch is full or rescheduled, we will offer another batch or a refund.

3. Fees and payment

Fees are shown in Indian rupees per learner. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials. For our records we keep the payment ID, amount, payment method and, for card payments, the card network and last four digits supplied by Razorpay.

5. Classes and conduct

Classes are delivered live online in the batch you are enrolled in. Please attend on time, respect instructors and fellow learners, and do not record, share or resell class sessions or materials without permission. We may suspend access, without refund, in cases of serious misconduct.

6. Course materials

Materials provided during a course are for your personal learning only and remain the property of Sri Aaryan or their respective owners.

7. Schedule changes

If we need to reschedule or cancel a session or batch, we will tell you in advance where possible and offer an alternative batch or a refund as applicable.

8. Limitation of liability

Courses are educational. We do not guarantee employment, certification by third parties, or specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the course concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Telangana, India have jurisdiction.
