This policy explains what personal information Sri Aaryan collects through this website and how it is used, in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Applications and enquiries: your name, mobile number, email, city, background, chosen course and batch, and your message.
  • Payments: your name, mobile number, email, the amount and payment type, the Razorpay payment and order IDs, the payment method and, for card payments, the card network, card type (credit/debit) and last four digits as reported by Razorpay. We never receive your full card number, CVV, expiry date, UPI PIN or banking passwords; these are entered only in Razorpay’s secure checkout.
  • Technical data: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, process your application, confirm your batch, take and record payments, issue receipts and invoices, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payment processing), Cloudflare (website hosting and database), and authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and applications for as long as needed to handle your admission; payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for being contacted, by writing to us.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Invoices

After a successful payment we generate an invoice from the payment details above. It is available through a private link shown to you after payment.
